Most emails will be received within 48hrs and replied to within 5-7 business days or sooner! We aim to help our customers and fans as quickly as possible and we truly appreciate your communication and support.
Returns & Refunds
RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Tickets purchased for events, products, merch, and music will only be refunded at the discretion of Jodie Austen Music.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations. At Jodie Austen Music, we strive to provide you with the best products and experience possible. We are a small business and can only offer returns at our discretion.

In the unlikely circumstances that an event is cancelled or amended, please also contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you.
